Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping Policy:

Every order we receive is shipped within maximum four business days of placing the order.  However, if you have any queries regarding your shipment, you can reach us to creativepuppetz@gmail.com.

Customer should receive the order by two to eight business day after shipping based on shipping carrier choice and the shipping address location. Please refer pin code field in every product to find receiving date based on your location. Through this website you purchase children’s toys for domestic shipping alone(within India).

International orders : We are actively working on expanding our shipping options to include delivery to various countries.

Shipping within India  : We don’t offer free shipping, shipping charges are calculated after all discounts. ( free shipping for orders above Rs 4000 after all discounts ) All pricing mentioned is inclusive of GST charges

Returns / Refunds – Replacements/ Substitution – Exchange:

We DO NOT accept cancellations or returns through our in-house website. 

Kindly go through all pictures, videos, read the detail description before purchasing. We are available in Instagram DM or WhatsApp DM to resolve your queries (wait at least maximum of 3 business days to resolve your questions). 

Orders CANNOT be cancelled through Instagram DM or WhatsApp DM.

If you have purchased and want to cancel you any product, send an email within one day of purchasing to creativepuppetz@gmail.com. We won’t be able to cancel the product instead, you can purchase a replacement/ substitute children’s toy for same price or price more than the product which you have purchased. 

Also make sure shipping address PO , Pinched etc are verified well, we cannot provide you cancellation, refund if the children’s toy gets sent to wrong shipping address which you have provided and package gets lost.

After 24 hours of ordering, we usually ship the product [if you place order on Friday, we ship it on Monday (approx.)  which is next business day]. Hence replacement/ substitution is not possible after one day after purchasing.  

Emails received after 24 hours are not eligible for replacement/ substitution.

Children’s Toy sent by mistake:

Incase if we have sent you a wrong children’s toy. Then email us within 2 days after receiving the product to creativepuppetz@gmail.com, we can work on exchanging for a different product, or we can refund with store credit (provided the children’s toy which we receive fulfills below conditions).

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where exchange is not are granted: 

  • Obvious signs of usage of Toys.
  • Wear and tear or broken due to mishandle of Toys
  • Any item which is not in its original condition and is damaged or having missing parts, all mishandling errors in customer end.

For Sale items:

Only regular priced items, is eligible for replacement / substitutions unfortunately sale items cannot be replaced / substituted.  But as mentioned earlier if we send a wrong Children’s Toy by mistake, please follow below steps: 

Email us within 2 days after receiving the product to creativepuppetz@gmail.com, we can work on exchanging for a different product, or we can refund with store credit (provided the children’s toy which we receive fulfills below conditions).
